▫ More than 3 months for commissions with multiple complex elements requiring additional research and experimentation🏷 Workflow (3 Main Stages)▫ Brief Confirmation StageDuring this stage, you will provide the character brief, concept, references, moodboard, as well as your requirements and expectations for the artwork.
The more complete and clear the information is, the smoother the workflow will be.This stage may also include:- Discussing exploitable visual elements
- Identifying aspects that require further research
- Character lore discussion
- Clarifying artistic direction▫ Sketching Different OptionsDuring this stage, I will create 2–3 different sketch options for composition and lighting.
You will then choose the option you prefer the most.After selecting the preferred composition, I will create 3 color sketch options for you to choose from.▫ Rendering & FinalizationOnce all options are finalized, I will begin rendering the artwork.
I will continuously update the progress to ensure the artwork develops in a direction you are satisfied with.After completion and once you are satisfied, the final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive / Gmail.Note:

Usage & Posting RightsI reserve the right to publicly post the artwork on my personal Facebook, groups, and other social media platforms (with watermark).If you would like to keep the artwork private for an agreed period, an additional 10%–30% private fee will be added to the total commission price (depending on the duration of privacy).2. Unacceptable Behavior During the WorkflowI reserve the right to make a public warning post if I discover that my artwork is used for unauthorized commercial purposes (without prior agreement or unpaid commercial fee), or if my artwork is used for AI training.I reserve the right to refuse to copy the specific style of another artist or replicate a composition from an existing artwork (if the work is still under copyright protection).I reserve the right to make a public warning post if you insult or harass me during commission communication (including excessive offensive language, personal attacks, or intentional harassment).B. Client Rights1. Progress UpdatesI will ensure regular progress updates:- Every 2–3 weeks during the option development stage
- Every 1–2 months during the deep rendering stage2. Refund PolicyYou have the right to request a 100% refund and make a public warning post if you discover that I trace or plagiarize another artist’s work during the commission process.You have the right to request a 25%–50% refund of the total commission value if I significantly miss the deadline without prior notice or agreement.If you feel the options provided do not meet your expectations, I may refund 30%–80% of the deposit.Valid reasons within scope include:- Unexpected accidents affecting my ability to complete the commission (with clear evidence)
- Family emergencies (accidents, loss, illness, etc.) requiring me to temporarily pause work (with clear evidence)
- Additional time needed to improve quality and conduct deeper research (flexible discussion)
- Advance notice of extended completion time due to urgent work priorities (you will receive gifts, discounts for future commissions, or priority commission slots)Invalid reasons include:- Artist ghosting messages for a long period without prior notice
- Artist intentionally ignoring progress inquiries after receiving payment
- Artist using unsupported personal excuses that severely affect progress
- Artist missing deadlines without prior notice or flexible agreementRefund conditions:- Partial refund may be provided according to agreement if the artwork has not entered the color option stage
- No refunds after entering the color option stage or during rendering
- If you experience financial difficulties and cannot continue payment, I may consider refunding or pausing the commission until your finances are stable3. Benefits for Long-Term ClientsPriority slots and small gifts for clients with multiple commissionsFlexible discounts for clients who commission highly complex artworks and return for multiple commissionsC. About Commission Types1. Gacha Commission- Gacha commissions include multiple concept options based on keywords and moodboard (no specific brief or references required)
- Composition and color options are diverse (composition angle, storytelling, lighting, etc.), with 5–9 options or more
- During discussion, direction, technique, and detail level will be clearly defined, or the artist may freely decide if permitted
- Minor corrections are supported if there are artist-side mistakes or missing details
- Additional requests or changes outside the initial scope will incur extra fees
- Technical complexity and detail level affect the final price
- Progress updates follow the same schedule as normal commissions2. Normal Commission- A detailed brief is provided to the artist at the start (see Brief Template)
- Composition and color options are limited to 2–3 options
- During the discussion, the client may choose a preferred technical direction. The artist may also propose the most suitable artistic approach
- Detail level and technical complexity may affect pricing
- Major changes after option confirmation may incur additional fees
